Dr. Sara Hegemier received her doctoral degree from George Washington University after graduating from the University of North Carolina with degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology.

Sara is originally from North Carolina and has been living in Charlottesville for the past two years with her husband, Jacob, and puppy, Lloyd.

Sara is passionate about working with motivated individuals who are looking to get back to their everyday activities, minimize pain, and prevent future injuries.
